Appointments are booked 6+ weeks in advance. The length of time allocated to each appointment is unique and the duration of each appointment is determined by the services that are required. Whenever you book an appointment, it is your responsibility to notify your service provider of any appointment changes as far in advance as humanly possible. DO NOT WAIT UNTIL YOU RECEIVE YOUR COURTESY REMINDER TO CANCEL. Before your scheduled appointment, you will receive a text, as well as an email, confirming the details of the service appointment that you booked. Please confirm. DO NOT WAIT UNTIL YOU RECEIVE YOUR COURTESY REMINDER TO CANCEL. If you cancel after receiving your courtesy reminder, within 72 hours of an appointment, you will be charged 50% of the base service price. Cancellations made less than 24 hours of an appointment will be charged 100% of the base service price. NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the base service price. Please be polite and respect your service providers time by notifying them as soon as possible of any changes to an existing appointment so they can ensure the highest quality of service, or offer the appointment time to a wait-listed client.
